HYDRATE + FUEL: Drink plenty of water and have a light snack. We have water available for purchase for $2.50 and a water-fill station if you bring your own bottle.

ATTIRE + SHOES: We recommend wearing athletic attire, form fitting pants or shorts, and of course, socks. Our exercise bikes require cycling shoes. You are welcome to bring your own LOOK Delta or SPD-compatible shoes. We also offer shoe rentals for $2.

LOCKER ROOMS + STORAGE: We have cubbies and lockers for storing your belongings along with full-service locker rooms where you can shower and change. Complimentary sweat towels and shower towels are provided at no charge.

When You Arrive

CHECK IN: Arrive 15 minutes early and check in with the front desk crew. Initial next to your name and preselected bike number. You’ll sign a waiver and get prepped on our style of class. If you are not signed in 3 minutes prior to class, your bike will be given away.

ETIQUETTE: We’re here to support each other! Bring good vibes into this space and treat others how you’d like to be treated. To preserve the experience and respect the ritual, we do not allow cell phones in the spinning studio. If you are a doctor on call or have a sick family member, you are welcome to leave your phone with the front desk.

In The Studio

BIKE SETUP: As a new rider, it's important to let one of our skilled team members properly fit you to your workout bike. Correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. After you are fit, our staff will explain how to manage your resistance, demonstrate how to clip in and out of the pedals, and run through the basics of our spinning technique.

SAFETY: Our classes are designed to push you to your limits, but it's important to listen to your body and and remember that you are in control of your own bike. Our candle-lit studio is the perfect environment for each rider to take every class at a pace that works for them.
